Josh Peacher is Vice President of Strategy and Integration at Veyra. Joining in May 2026, he brings over 20 years of experience across strategy, operations, corporate development, and management consulting, with a strong track record in business transformations, M&A, and post-merger integrations.

At Veyra, Josh drives corporate strategy, M&A execution, and integration efforts to turn strategic priorities into action and build a unified platform.

Prior to Veyra, Josh served as Vice President of Business Transformation and Corporate Development at Multi-Color Corporation, a $3B global manufacturer. There, he led growth strategy, established the M&A framework, and directed a transformation portfolio generating over $35M in EBITDA impact. He previously oversaw Americas service operations (400+ employees) and led the post-merger integration of customer experience and order-to-cash functions, including an enterprise Salesforce rollout.

Earlier in his career, Josh held senior leadership roles at Owens & Minor, managing customer experience and shared services for an $8B business segment. He also spent six years at The Hackett Group advising Fortune 500 companies on supply chain, procurement, and operating-model efficiency.

Josh holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a BSBA in Finance from Valparaiso University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, biking, and running.
